I always get great service. They always listen to my concerns and ask me what I want to do. They will tell me if they think I really need what I’m asking for and offer solutions to my concerns. Staff will then ask how I want to proceed. Awesome folks! 👍👍 I had my 20 year old truck aligned and despite being worn out, the technician did an amazing job with what he had to work with. I am very happy with the end result. Great job guys.👍👍 Had an electrical problem with my old Jeep Patriot. Chris had resolved the problem and had it back to me within a few days. If you are taking your vehicle to any other place you’re likely spending more money than you should and wasting time. I can’t say enough good about Fast Lap. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Even though I received more bad news about my vehicle than I expected, I have never had a mechanic take me to the back and show me exactly what was wrong. I believe his name was Jacob, awesome young man. They did a wonderful job on our suburban a few months back and we will definitely return to have them service our other vehicles.

Excellent service that was finished in a flash. Had an alignment and bought 4 Michelin tires. Reasonable prices, but disappointed they didn’t have the Michelin discount others are offering right now. Staff is attentive and professional. Environment and facility is very clean. Would definitely use their services again.

Great place, I’ve come here for 3 alignments. They’re always quick, explain what was off, and how they fixed it. They even aligned my truck to MY specs to avoid wheel rub. These guys listen, and they’re proficient. Not sure what else you could ask for.

Fast lap had fantastic service. They were able to help me find a quicker and cheapest solution to my problem from even what I was seeing online. That service is hard to come by these days. With that being said I would highly recommend them. I have used them twice now and both great results and saving me money.

First we went to Jim Norton Toyota for a brake inspection. We were told everything was fine but we still heard noises, so we brought our car to FastLap. Turns out our front brake pads were completely worn down, one was even gone, metal on metal. We stayed to get repairs and the staff were so nice and accommodating (I was there with my three young kids). Chris put a kid-friendly channel on the tv, and another gentleman gave my kids goldfish crackers. They went above and beyond, fixed a dangerous problem the dealership missed, and were so kind. 100% recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience with Fast Lap. Their attention to detail friendliness, and prompt service were amazing. I had a suspension problem that was repaired sometime ago, and one of the struts was faulty, and they took care of the problem, unbelievably well with replacement realignment all at no cost, and seem to be glad to do it, Fast Lap is a wonderful place and wonderful folks to do business with.

They’ve handled a couple of tough to diagnose repairs, brakes, tires and routine maintenance. Communication is good and great technology via text for quotes and payment. Give them a try!

I had a wonderful experience here. Went in for an oil change and an alignment. They were very informative on what they did to my vehicle. They ended up not doing the alignment, and explained why and didn’t want to charge me for a pointless alignment before the other problem was taken care of. So, I highly recommend especially for women, because they weren’t trying to make a quick buck from me like other places. The waiting area was also super nice and offered coffee, water, and snacks while you wait. The restroom was also really clean.

Jeff and his team called me by name when I went in for an estimate for repair. The estimate was fair, the work done at the time promised. Fixed right the first time. I drive past a dozen repair shops on the 20 miles it takes to get to this shop but I won’t go anywhere else.
