Had an alignment here for a Mustang after it was lowered which went great. Replaced the tires about 6 weeks later and alignment was slightly off after a recheck. Took it back to FastLap the same day and they warrantied the alignment within a couple of hours. Car feels fantastic and would recommend.

Very professional and helpful outfit. Competent. Helped us solve a problem with our vehicle that two other dealership shops said they had and had not. And, they helped us get creative and do it for half the price another dealership wanted to charge. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I had my car packed with household item ready to hit the road the next day to North Carolina when my battery light came on. I panicked and took my car immediately to Fast Lap on Memorial Rd OKC. They fit me in and diagnosed a faulty alternator. It was 2:00 and the job was to take 4 hours. They closed at 6 pm. Ronnie worked with his team to make it happen. It was a difficult job and was possible it would take longer. They saved me from having to rent a car! They did it! Thank you for your amazing technical work on my car. What a blessing I made it to NC in my own car!!! This was 4td amazing experience at Fast Lap!!

Ronnie was very helpful when I had a check engine light come on. They were able to schedule me quickly, were very helpful and honest. They are good people and don’t just try to scam you or upsell you like all the other mechanic shops. Will go here for all future car needs.

I have had a miserable day of one thing after another after a nail in my tire this morning. A simple new tire fix turned into a nightmare situation of multiple waiting rooms after Carvana's roadside assistance overtightened one of my bolts and potentially stripped another, and Discount Tire could not remove my spare tire safely because of it. Discount Tire recommended me FastLap so I went there. FastLap was very busy but did manage to fit me in after some waiting and took amazing care of me and thoroughly explained everything going on as they figured things out. Being familiar with Carvana's warranty and knowing it would be pulling teeth to get them to pay for it (even though it was their RA's fault), FastLap saved me another day of fighting over claims by giving me a hefty discount after I explained everything that happened. They did not have to do that but their kindness made a miserable day much more bearable and I will definitely be going out of my way to recommend and see them in the future.

They were quick. Found the problem with the noise around my wheel. A part of the plastic wheel well came loose. The diagnosed and popped it back in place and didn’t charge me. They changed my oil quick, got me a coffee while I waited. Great experience.

I asked FastLap Auto if they would provide an inspection/assessment of a used vehicle that I was interested in possibly purchasing. They did a thorough job of evaluating the vehicle and identified a number of issues that would need to be addressed should I decide to purchase it. This gave me exactly what I needed to make an informed decision about the car. The folks at FastLap were friendly, helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable - in short they were exceptional!!!

I popped in for a 4-wheel alignment. They were able to immediately take it in, did a check, and ended up not charging me a thing! My alignment was good, so they just gave me the keys back and told me to have a great day! They could've just done some minor adjustments and charged me anyways, but it seems they have more integrity than that! Will definitely be coming back here for future work.
