Prompt and courteous staff. The waiting area is very nice with zero gravity chairs and a beverage bar. I was quoted $600 by Bob Howard for an alignment on my Dodge Megacab Dually and Fastlap did it for $99.

FastLap Saved the Day – Carvana, Not So Much I don’t usually leave reviews, but FastLap truly earned this one. I bought a car through Carvana.com — and let me just say, I do not recommend it. They sold me a vehicle with faulty brakes, which is not just frustrating, it’s DANGEROUS. Trying to get Carvana to take responsibility was like pulling teeth. Hours on the phone, endless back-and-forth, and they were more interested in dodging the issue than fixing it. Customer service? More like customer resistance. Enter FastLap. They didn’t have to get involved, but they went to bat for me anyway. They spent hours dealing with Carvana’s mess, making sure the issue got handled the right way. Thanks to their persistence and professionalism, my brakes are now fixed, and most importantly — **my car is safe** to drive. If you’re looking for a team that actually cares about their customers and will fight for your safety, FastLap is the real deal. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car after this experience. Carvana? They sold me a problem and tried to ghost me. FastLap? They solved the problem and stood beside me. 10/10 recommend FastLap. 0/10 recommend Carvana.

Fastest most reliable car service I have ever experienced. The store is always spotless and they do what they say they’re going to do very quickly and at very competitive rates. They always open the door and greet every client, and there’s no waiting in lines. I’ve been frustrated with nearly every car service I’ve used over the past 40 years but this one is an exception to that rule. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

i took my car to another place for a front end alignment and they gave me some crap about having new struts installed by a mechanic they wouldn't do the alignment. what idiots. they also wanted $119. Fastlap wanted $99 and gave me a military discount of 10%. They got my car in and it definately needed aligning after the new struts. showed me the before and after measurements of all the toe, camber and castor. very pleased. then went next door to discount tire and got four new tires. now my 2011 subaru outback is riding like new. Also, if you have a higher milage subaru, i suggest you change the wheel bearings and struts. makes all the difference. We have over 140,000 miles. Wanted to update my reviews. Seems that google jist lets you edit not do a new review. Anyway, took my subaru in for an overheating issue. Fastlap took a few days to do extensive research and scheduled my appointment to replaced a couple of relays that affect the cooling fans. I feel they did everything they could to ensure i have a car that is reliable and running as beat as it can. I can’t recommend them more highly.

These guys are great! I was able to bring my car in shortly after I called them, and they completed several repairs in just a few hours, which was a pleasant surprise. My car is running much more smoothly now, and I'm so happy! Their prices are fair, and they're friendly and honest mechanics. They charged me less than half of what I was quoted at a dealership my husband works at (even with his employee discount!) and spared me from an unnecessary part replacement. I highly recommend them and will continuing using their services in the future.
