My Ford truck has been at FastLap for over two weeks while insurance and the dealership were sorting out coverage issues. The team at FastLap has been extremely patient through the whole process. They’ve been very friendly and kept great communication the entire time, updating me whenever they could. Even with all the delays from insurance, they never made the situation feel stressful. Needed a 4 Wheel Alignment for my Volvo XC90. Many shops aren’t able to do the alignment properly. FastLap was recommended highly. I contacted them via phone on a Friday and they got me in the next morning. I dropped it off and was expecting a multi-hour wait as it seemed they already had cars in the garage being repaired and a few people in the lobby. Within the hour of dropping off I got a text saying my car was ready for pickup. They got my car alignment back within spec. The cost was extremely competitive and actually cheaper than many other shops. Great job and thank you for the quick service!

I will NEVER take my car anywhere else!! Fast Lap is simply the best!! Not only are the prices reasonable but the customer service is next level. As a woman, I usually dread anything that has to do with getting my car fixed or serviced, but not anymore. Fast lap is always upfront with me about the pricing, and never tries to oversell me. They give me appropriate suggestions and advice. Thank you for making something I used to hate, so easy and bearable!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars… they deserve 100!!!

FastLap on Memorial in OKC, repaired the brakes, changed fluids and flushed out the fuel lines on my Toyota 4-Runner. They were pros, gave solid advice on fuel usage and got my car finished in a few hours. The quality was very good and the price fair. Highly recommend them.

These Guys really are amazing took my car here this morning thought my car was running hot they guys told me they can take care of me even with there computer system down few hours later they run there test finds nothing wrong with my car just needed coolant they topped it off and sent me on my way with no charge and said please let them know if something happens over the week so they can help me you most definitely have a new customer

Wanted to take some time and tell you all how much I love this place, they’ve never tried to upsell me on anything I come in with an issue and they fix it…. Period. I don’t feel like they have ever price gouged me for anything and I’ve been going to FastLap for the past 5 years now. I can’t tell you how much money I e spent over the past five years but I can assure you every damn dollar was well spent. When I eventually move away from OKC I will still be coming back to those shop, I guarantee it. Good, honest, hard working group at fast lap.

Excellent, fast, friendly service. Got my truck in for new tires and brakes on a Saturday morning with less than an hour's notice. I told them I thought I probably needed an alignment as well, but they informed me later that wasn't needed on the truck...so they didnt try to sell me a service I didn't need. Would strongly recommend to friends and family. Pricing was also great!

Prompt and courteous staff. The waiting area is very nice with zero gravity chairs and a beverage bar. I was quoted $600 by Bob Howard for an alignment on my Dodge Megacab Dually and Fastlap did it for $99.
